Bzzt.  Don't forget "service xinetd restart".

I concur with the others' opinions on using an existing webmail project 
like Squirrelmail or IMP.  Personally, I prefer Squirrelmail because 
it's so easy to install/setup.  IMP requires the Horde framework and a 
LOT of configuration tweaking.
