Urgent help needed - RAID Disk went wrong

Hi All,
I would need your urgent help.

The config: RedHat 7.1, HP LC2000 (Dual PIII-1GHz, 1GB RAM, 2x36GB Ultra-3
Hot Swap LP HDD /10K RPM/)

The server stopped to serve and I'm not able to access it via SHH or any
other way. The ping doesn't ansver either.
The customer tried to run fsck, but it isn't able to run. He tried it in
service mode with no success.
What could be checkd now?
