stopping IPTABLES service 4 ever

to remove u can do these steps..
1. rpm -q iptables
2. rpm -evh iptables-version-release.. which u got in the first step.
 
>> , or to stop the iptables service from running forever and ever 
 
to stop the service from starting..try these steps
 
1. chkconfig --level 1235 iptables off.
 
after this iptables wont start automatically during boot.
