Error on compile

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to install the lan driver Vai VT6103, rhine.
The driver is on the Main Board cd (ABIT VA-10).
When I try to compile the files, giving the "make" command, it gives the
following:

Anyone know where I can look or what I can change to make it works ?
