lost grub and ability to load WinHD

Messed with new distros and messed up grub.

Cannot load my Windows HD...  
I did this once before but cannot find the answer to
the problem.
Went thru all my old Emails (all 565 of them) and it
is not there.

Think I need to start a notebook of info.
