Looks like postfix is only listening on the loopback interface. If you "do"
have inet_interfaces = all in main.cf, then you might need to issue a
"service postfix restart" instead of a reload. I'm grasping here because
everything that you have posted looks correct.
FWIW: I have inet_interfaces set to...
myhostname = mail.mydomain.com
inet_interfaces = $myhostname, localhost
[root at excelsior postfix]# netstat -nap | grep ":25"
tcp 0 0 192.168.8.2:25 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN
10004/master
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:25 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN
10004/master
