about local area networking

hello all,

i am using rh9 as a newbie. now i am wondering whether i can get access or let
access to other user in our local area connection. i think it is not possible
to let them see my drive since my file system ext3 and theirs is ntfs or
fat32! well, what can i do for sharing files between my collegues via LAN?
