Update DNS and sendmail in ES2.1

Typically the best thing to do when trying to install a package from a
newer version OS to an older version is to grab the source rpm and
rebuild it on the new target.  We've eve done that to get newer sendmail
packages onto a old 6.1 system.

I don't expect you to have any problems rebuilding the source rpms.
