splash.lss

[James Harrison]

I used Gimp to make a GIF image,
Convert program (ImageMagick) to make a ppm file (convert file.gif file.ppm)
ppmtolss16 (found in syslinux rpm) to make the lss file
    ppmtolss16 < file.ppm > file.lss
