Graphical file manager?

Hi I got LTools to work , Check out the Java GUI Explorer

But unsure about to workon NTplatforms ...

There is a java file manager.  I think it is part of a project called 
JDIC (Java Desktop Integration Components).  It can be found at 
www.java.net...see projects.
