Help, ulimit -n system wide

I solve my problem .. I added a line to sysctl.conf before but only
for soft . I have to add hard too ....

Hello,
add this line to your /etc/rc.d/rc.local to set the maximum open files.
This line allows 100000 open files for example:
echo "100000" > /proc/sys/fs/file-max
