Redhat Cert update (off spring of Fate or Redhat)

I know it's a bad assumption (but there's the hope factor involved). I
always get the latest version; however there can be so many small changes
that it may appear no different (example between RH8 and RH9 the anonftp
had been seperate but was later incorporated with the vsftp installation).
Even though I check the page with the system changes, I have found these
documents to be lacking. Another example is RHEL uses Redhat-config-samba
versus the swat. These changes, subtle though they may be, scare me
somewhat. I typically think that these are the types of things updated
exams tend to have in them...
