Probably. KDE >= 3.2 would mean to upgrade RHL9's KDE 3.1 version, which
is a thing the normal user doesn't want to do because it can break in
many places. You can get a prebuilt kaffeine for RHL9 and its
dependencies from http://rpm.livna.org -- please read the main page.
