INTERNAL MODEM NOT FOUND

Why don't you just removed the modem and install a us robotic or 3com,otherwise you should verify the approved hardware that has already been tested. Just go to redhat.com,most of the time when you are getting a server you should make sure all the hardware you want to use is supported,otherwise i can be a pain trying to get certain hardware to work in linux and it is much easier to just use hardware that has already been tested on linux.
