Tripwire 2.3 on RedHat Advanced Server 3

I had this same problem months ago, and I can't remember exactly what I
did to get it to work on RHEL ES 3.0, but I'm pretty sure what I did was
that I grabbed the tripwire RPM from either the Fedora Core 1 RPM packages
or RH9 and used that.  The name of the package installed on my ES 3.0
system is...
