htaccess woes

Hi Cyril

Tried changing the group as you suggested but still doesn't work.
Contents just immediately come up. Also tried changing the owner to
Apache user but also didn't work.

This is Apache 2.0 - on Enterprise Red Hat. Would that make a
difference in the way it should be set up?
