comcast modem & RH9.0

WEll,
I have the comcast modem and cable modem activated on
MS (Comcast only has setup routine for Windows)

I have gone to my RH configuration panel and typed in
all the IP, Subnet and Gateway info.  

The lights blink ...

but I cannot connect to anyplace (I am using Firefox
0.8)

Any suggestions?
