I have a Lexmark X83 printer/copier/scanner combo unit on a USB cable but I can't figure out how to get Linux to recognize it. I've found the quasi-compatible driver but I haven't figured out how to bind it to the USB port. Which HOW-TO should I read? Is there a recipe?
