gweather & mgetmetar.pl

I have googled, rpmfind, rbone, etc ...

I have /usr/libexec/gweather-applet-2 installed on my RH 9 system. From whence
I got it to install, I do not remember. On occassion, I see

# grep -i 'mgetmetar.pl' /var/log/httpd/error_log
[Tue Jun 01 08:41:27 2004] [error] [client 192.168.1.1] script not found or
unable to stat: /var/www/cgi-bin/mgetmetar.pl
[Thu Jun 10 11:54:56 2004] [error] [client 192.168.1.1] script not found or
unable to stat: /var/www/cgi-bin/mgetmetar.pl

Since

# grep -i mgetmetar.pl /usr/libexec/gweather-applet-2
Binary file /usr/libexec/gweather-applet-2 matches

shows that gweather references mgetmetar.pl. 

>From my searches I have found that metar is used to decode the national
weather service codes.

Anyone out there that has run into this before and can offer suggestions on
how to fix things to not get the errors?
