If I use a Mandrake or SuSE RPM on RH9- What happens?

I am looking for an RPM for libgphoto2-2.1.4 and the
only ones I have found are for Mandrake and SuSE....  

If I use one of these  (can I do it?) will it be a
problem for my system (RH 9.0)?
