RPM upload - where?

This is Fabrice's answer to my question:

you have to bug the redhat dudes, so that they provide a way to upload
contrib packages. There should be some discussions on the fedora
mailing-lists on this topic too. Because shipping efficientily
extra/alternates packages in one of the goal of the Fedora project.

For my part, I just mirror their content, and I have zero control,
on what they provide.
