Router/Firewall question (there is a question inside)

I did just find something called Firewall Builder.  It looks very nice,
but does anyone have any comments or experience with this???

I haven't seen anything like that. OTOH, I haven't really looked.

You're right, that would be an *amazingly* useful application.
