CVS Server Configuration RH 9

Hi all
My name is Ravi and i am from Hyderabad,India.I want to configure a CVS Server in my office . I need help from you people in doing that.Please let me know the requirements for doing that.I also desperately need a Manual or Documentation on How To configure a CVS Server on Redhat 9.Thats the OS we are using.Please help me in this regard.
