libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2 ???

I am going crazy here....
I cannot seem to find libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2
anywhere.

I have a 7.3 installation thats apparently "missing"
this.
That, or it doesn't know where to find it.

My questions are;

where would this file/library normally reside (i.e.
path)?

and, where in the world can I download it from?

All my surfing, google'ing comes up empty...
I need ----->  libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2   !!!
