Applying the perl locale settings in /etc/sysconfig/i18n

 Ladies and Gents, when I run urpmi, I get some errors regarding locale...
I think I have fixed them in /etc/sysconfig/i18n, however, how do I reapply
those settings?  Reboot does not fix it.
