Although in Redhat the access to sendmail is controlled by tcpwrapper (ie
/etc/hosts.allow and /etc/hosts.deny). SO if you change those files you nned
to restart xinetd. At least this is my understanding with RH 7.x. Correct me
if I'm wrong.
