X Server does not work on RedHat 9 with more than 256 colors for Intel 865

I realized that in my BIOS settings I had video memory value
as 1 MB instead of 8MB.
Thats the reason I was not able to increase the color depth.
It works fine now.
The BIOS version that I m using is A02.
