First of all, try to put more specific subjects.

There is no problem to install RH 7.2 and Windows XP,
you   must two partitions, at least, on your system,
(one Linux Swap Memory and the other one for your
Linux)

Then you must intall a loader in your MBR (Master Boot
Record), it will give you the posibility of choose
what system will load, Win or Linux. These loaders are
called LiLo and Grub
