sendmail relay again

Nothing at all. Sendmail is typically configured (at least from the redhat
RPM) to run as a daemon, not from xinetd. I guess sendmail could be
configured to run from xinetd, but the startup/tear down of the process for
each e-mail would be kinda slow.
