Apache 2 configuration with a site per user

Hi everyone!

I'm using redhat 8 and I want to configure an apache 2 server (the
default web server that came with rh8) to host several websites , the
main website (the company site) will be in the default location
/var/www/html/  but I need to have other websites for the clients/users
that will be in the /home/user1/ for user1, /home/user2/ for user2 and
so on... I don't know how to configure neither what permissions I need
to give to the users and directories.

Any help will be appreciated.
