Isn't qpopper just a server?

I user pulsar for my pop3 server for my network, but I use fetchmail to
pull in my mail. Then I set my clients to look at my server (zeus) for
mail.

my .fetchmailrc
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
set invisible # suppress "Received:" line fetchmail adds
  set no bouncemail
                           poll "pop3.server.here" # ***
change as appropriate ***
  protocol pop3
username "username" # *** change as appropriate ***
password "password" # *** change as appropriate ***
  fetchall
  nokeep # delete successfully received
messages
mda "/usr/bin/procmail -d %T" # pass message to the local MDA
