Creating files and directories

Hello!

Every time I create a directory or file (or one of the users of my system) the creation status is allways:

Owner:
Read / Write / Execute

Group:
Read / Execute

Global:
Read / Execute

I would like to have the status Read / Write / Execute to Group set automaticaly.

Can anyone tell me how do I make this. I have already set all the parameters I thought I need but it never works.
