Thanks for this Drew,

Do you have an example ntp.conf that I could have a look at.  Also, could you 
explain about the authenticatin and the /etc/ntp/keys file.  Do I need to 
know about this if all I want to do is have one box sync to a remote box and 
then have local boxes sync to that.
