Freeing port

Hi guys, I'm trying to use port forwading to my school network to send and 
recieve email. But when using SSH, I've got the error:

bind: Address already in use
channel_setup_fwd_listener: cannot listen to port: 25
Could not request local forwarding.

I seems some other service are listening to port 25. So how could I fix this 
problem?
