I recently rebuilt my machine and was attempting to install newer
versions of openssl using 'rpm -Uvh' and got the error message:

V3 DSA signature: BAD, key ID db42a60e
Openssl cannot be installed

I tried to download the rpm again and got the same error. What is
causing this?
