System Config

In redhat 9, is the linuxconf app totaly gone, or replaced? I'm trying to
set a few things up after installing 9 for the first time and am a little
lost.lol. If it is gone and has not been replaced, can I get some
suggestions for gui apps for setting things up like mail (sendmail) and
such.
