Creating a link in RPM spec file

Hello,

Can anyone tell me how to make a softlink from inside an rpm spec file.  Im
using 
rpm version 4.2.

Ive looked at initscripts.spec rpm source file and in particular the ifup
command in etc.  I know its a link:

/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifup -> ../../../sbin/ifup

In the spec file the %files line for it is:

/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifup
%config /sbin/ifup

But how does the link get made?
