tcp_abort_interval, tcp_abort_cinterval

ip-sysctl.txt in your docs tree explains the tcp/ip parameters.  THere is
less tuning required for RedHat versus Solaris.

You can get the current values by the /proc/sys/net/ipv4/variablename.
Anyway, all the info you need is in the text file.
