Interestingly, xlsfonts also lists a 10x20.  I wonder if this is 
different than the 10x20 listed in the above file?

Ain't that the truth.  Back when O' Reilly was the only publisher of 
technical books, their series of X based books were the most profilic 
and thickest.  Lots o' stuff can be tweaked.
