GPG key problem with yum

I want to use yum and the fedora-legacy site to update a RH 7.2
installation. But I'm having trouble with GPG and keys. I've been
posting to the fedora-legacy list too but I thought someone here might
have some ideas.

When I try to update a package with yum, I end up with the following:

Error: GPG Signature check failed for
/var/cache/yum/updates/packages/cvs-1.11.1p1-9.7.legacy.i386.rpm
You may want to run yum clean or remove the file:
  /var/cache/yum/updates/packages/cvs-1.11.1p1-9.7.legacy.i386.rpm
You may also want to check to make sure you have the right gpg keys
Exiting.

If I check the signature on the file with rpm, it says it's OK.

   rpm -Kv
/var/cache/yum/updates/packages/cvs-1.11.1p1-9.7.legacy.i386.rpm

gave me:

/var/cache/yum/updates/packages/cvs-1.11.1p1-9.7.legacy.i386.rpm:
MD5 sum OK: 084e0d35954655739b8d074ac2a4044f
gpg: Signature made Sat 24 Jan 2004 02:01:34 AM CST using DSA key ID
731002FA
gpg: Good signature from "Fedora Legacy (http://www.fedoralegacy.org)
<secnotice at fedoralegacy.org>"

I'm still learning this stuff and right now I'm at a loss as to what to
try next. Any ideas?

Thanks.
