RHEL 3 missing png.h ??

And if you can't find libpng-devel*.rpm (since a lot of the -devel packages 
are not included in RHEL 3, which we had complained numerous times about), 
you need to rebuild the src.rpm for libpng. That will hopefully gives you the 
-devel rpm package.
