Disk Performance - RH9 vs RHEL ES 3

Ed,

I saw the messages on the Taroon list but didn't see any resolutions
mentioned.  Hopefully the errata kernel will fix it.

You may want to bring this up on the taroon list.  Disk performance has
been discussed there before.  Oh, and are you running RHELv3-U2?
