How to move whole RH9 to another hard-disk?

No, they are different. But I've set correct device in grub.conf and
fstab. And grub indeed set kernel and initrd up. It just failed while
calling init.

cp -ax /* /mnt/st
I didn't copy dev, proc and mnt directories.
