MySQL php error

Somewhat along the same lines, I keep getting a mysql_connect error when
trying to install postnuke. The Postnuke website suggests that it is a
php configuration error. I tried changingmysql.default_host to
127.0.0.1 in php.ini.

Any suggestions?

Edward
