hi harry,
man this is not much confusion about that ,thing is simple where u
register at that time u have to mentioned dns entry like dns server ip
address primary and secondary , there is not concern where is u r dns
main thing is u r dns server zone file right ip address of MX and A
record where u host u site and mail server . it may be either u r dns
mail server n website running on same server in case all dns ip will
be same for mx hostname of dns server. or dns server will be locate at
other server and hosting at some where else so u have to put entry on
ip n mx recored to your domain where u host u r site.
i hope get some idea
