samba and windows 2003

hi,

we are currently using RHEL3 samba 3.0.6-2.3E and
windows 2000 desktops and servers (PDC), using windows
server to authenticate samba access from windows
desktops.

we are now planning to upgrade windows desktops and
servers to 2003. is there any problem to access samba
shares from windows and mounting windows shares to
linux system?
