I did test Arkeia products including the Network Backup and Disaster
Recover and work fine.
And about the uptime, my opinion is. if your service is critical and the
downtime is expensive, it is better to have a Mirror server, there is on the
web scripts to have updated the mirror server.

I suggest partimage http://www.partimage.org/, mondorescue
http://www.mondorescue.org/ (+rsync), and systemimager
http://www.systemimager.org/.
