Xdir (ftp client) question - Help appreciated

Hello,
We are having an anonynous server where we use ProFtp
SW. When I try to make connection with xdir client SW
(account anonymous) from a machine I get the following error and the
server
is disconnected:

I looked on the web and could not find a solution. It looks that
I have to define something like this: ListOptions -aF. I donot know
whether this helps. Can any one help? I have tested with xftp which
works.
