Enable rexec,rsh and rlogin on RHAS 4.0

Hi,

Please let me know how can I enable rexec, rsh and rlogin on Red Hat AS 4.0. I tried enabling the same using the under mentioned procedure but it is still not working.

[root at machine-name ~]# chkconfig --list | grep rexec
        rexec:  off

[root at machine-name  ~]# chkconfig --level 345 rexec on

[root at machine-name ~]# chkconfig --list | grep rexec
        rexec:  on

[root at machine-name ~]# chkconfig --list | grep rlogin
        rlogin: off

[root at machine-name ~]# chkconfig --level 345 rlogin on

[root at machine-name ~]# chkconfig --list | grep rsh
        rsh:    off

[root at machine-name ~]# chkconfig --level 345 rsh on
 But still on executing the under mentioned command from my Windows command prompt I am not getting any response

C:\>rexec <machine-I.P> -l root ls
Password (machine I.P:):

Please suggest
