RHEL3 -> RHEL4

If you have any RHEL 3 subscriptions now, you can download the RHEL4
isos, then install them when you get your server.  If you don't have a
subscription yet, you may have to wait until you get your server.
However, because it's all downloadable, it only takes an hour or two on
a fast connection to get the ISOs.
